The unique 3-Mode Drive system of the CR-Z means you can choose to boost your enjoyment or economy on each trip out – or get the perfect mix of both. It’s all controlled by switching to SPORT, ECON or NORM.

Change modes and the CR-Z will automatically alter the responses of the throttle, steering, idle stop time and climate control, and the level of support from its IMA (Integrated Motor Assist) system.

Each driving mode is also linked to the meter lighting, changing from red (SPORT) to blue (NORM) to green (ECON), and can get an extra burst of sporty power from the S+ boost system.
